This team's goal is to complete all the objectives before time runs out. Players can use experience to unlock new suits, weapons, and upgrades. Suicide: -300 points (Human), -100 points (Necromorph).

Players can also damage themselves, killing yourself incurs a -100-point penalty. Team Kills are penalized with a -20-point modifier. Players from both teams can damage their allies with both melee and ranged attacks. These are performed in a narrative order, giving importance to each objective and the whole scenario. Objectives include a human operating a panel uninterrupted for a set amount of time, carrying a disk or information to a panel, entering escape pods, and damaging containers and Markers. Completing an objective will of an objective adds time to the game clock, while also unlocking the next objective for the humans.

In other EA news, the publisher recently announced that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has a PS4 and Xbox One port in development, sparking outrage from fans annoyed that the current-gen version of the game is still suffering performance problems. We should probably be glad that EA even kept them up for so long really. Still, it always sucks to see games taken offline after so long, even if it is an inevitability. All three games having their servers shut down are well over a decade at this point, and it's difficult to imagine them still having bustling communities. This news probably won't come as a surprise to many of you, especially since a lot of you might not even be aware that Dead Space 2 or Dante's Inferno even had multiplayer. It goes without saying that both of these modes will be inaccessible come December 8, so if you want to check them out before they're shut down for good, you'll want to do it sooner rather than later. Dante's Inferno didn't have anything in terms of true multiplayer, rather it had a fun little co-op mode that launched alongisde its Trials of St.Lucia DLC.
